I’ve been reading a lot about standing desks and their impact on productivity, and some people swear by starting their workday with a 9 AM standing desk setup. Has anyone tried this in Australia? Does it actually help you stay focused and energized throughout the day?

I’ve been doing the 9 AM standing desk routine for a while, and I definitely think it boosts my productivity. I’m more focused early in the day, and I feel like standing encourages me to move more, which is great for my posture. I’d recommend trying it out in the mornings and seeing how your body reacts, especially with the long hours we tend to work here in Australia.
